Jesús is originally from Coatzacoalcos, Veracruz. While still single, he graduated with a degree in Electronics Engineering in Instrumentation. He worked for PEMEX for seven years. Diana is originally from Poza Rica, Veracruz. While still single, she graduated with a degree in Business Administration. She worked for XEROX. From a very young age, she has served in the Church, and in 2001, she was sent as a missionary to Equatorial Guinea, Africa.
They married in 2003. They have lived in Oaxaca since that time and have three children, now teenagers.
Débora, 19, is currently studying at a Bible institute; Josué, 17, is about to finish high school; and Sara, 16, is currently in high school.
The entire family serves in ministry for the glory of God, using the various gifts and abilities the Lord has given them to spread the gospel and to exalt and worship the name of Jesus Christ.
